Race description

After this year's Grue Half Marathon, we are separating the 10-kilometer race into its own event called Gruemila, and we are talking about Norway's fastest mile. The course is pancake flat with a net drop of 9 meters, just within the allowed limit, and a light breeze from the south gives you 6 km of tailwind towards the finish. Gruemila 2025 also offers a children's race, making this a great family-friendly event.

Highlights

  • Norway's fastest 10 km course.
  • Flat course with a net drop of 9 meters.
  • 6 km tailwind towards the finish.
